Our Qualifications

Dave Bernarde has been in the financial industry since 1987. He began his career on the personal side of the business working with individuals and families with their risk management and investment needs. In 1992 he added commercial risk management and employee benefits to the services he offered. In 2001 he sold his risk management business to the agency he was with and started Benefits Plus. He also completed his degree in Management and Communications at Concordia University in 2004. He continued his education completing Group Benefits courses in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program. He has worked with employers of all sizes in Northeastern Wisconsin and genuinely enjoys the process of getting to know their business and understanding their needs.
